Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength.

Andrea's classes are separate from any packages purchased on this website. Andrea's classes take place on Wednesdays at noon, Thursdays at noon, and Saturdays at noon.
