Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. All of our classes are taught by RKC certified kettlebell instructors.
Please pre-schedule your first Monday class as our instructor will work 1-on-1 with you to teach you how to safely use and work with kettlebells.

Andrea's classes are separate from any packages purchased on this website. Andrea teaches classes at noon, Tuesdays and Thursdays and Saturdays at 11 am.
